Here are some in's and out's of how we roll:
Gymies operates on a perpetual enrollment basis; your child automatically remains registered from month to month for his/her class, until you initiate a request for a drop/transfer from class. To add a class, cancel a class or move to a different class please login to your parent portal at Gymies.com 24/7 or email us at email@example.com.
Tuition payments are automatically processed on a monthly basis on the 25th of the month, for the coming month. Please make sure we have your preferred billing email address on file for both your Auto-Pay reminder and receipt. Tuition Fees may be paid by Cash, Check, or Credit Card and fees are non-refundable.
If you plan to make cash or check payments please be sure to submit payment before the 24th of the month. In the event that tuition is not received before the 24th your card on file will be charged on the 25th. If you prefer to pay via check, head checks can be submitted to the office and can be dated for the 25th of each month to be deposited on the 25th of each month. In the event a check is returned as NSF your a $30 fee will be assessed.
Annual Registration/Insurance fee of $35 per child (or $25 each additional child) is assessed upon initial registration and is valid through August 2020.
We understand that there are times when a child is not able to attend class. If your child is absent, you are allotted one makeup per child per month. Make-ups are limited to the current month - they cannot be applied to future months. Make-ups can be scheduled in classes that are age-appropriate that have openings, and must be scheduled in advance with our office team. If you are unable to attend any of the makeup times offered, a Sunday Funday pass will be issued in its place. We ask that you view makeups as a privilege and keep in mind that Gymies retains the right to refuse a makeup if doing so jeopardizes the safety or the positive experience of others.
With medical reasons validated by a written acknowledgment from a licensed medical practitioner, injured students are granted a tuition credit prorated from the date we receive the written acknowledgment. A retroactive request for medical credit cannot be granted, as it eliminates our opportunity to fill your vacated class spot.
SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION + BOOKING: Once a spot is booked in our summer program it is reserved for your family and cannot be canceled. Members are obligated to pay for camp bookings regardless of attendance. Camp tuition & registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
SUMMER CLASS REGISTRATIONS:
Summer session classes run through July and August.
