Covid Policy
I agree to adhere to all health guidelines, procedures and protocols specified by Work SafeBC that are in place at Panorama School of Dance
I will not enter any Panorama School of Dance premises if displaying any signs / symptoms of Covid 19
Closing Policies
School closures due to severe weather conditions will be announced by 2:00PM on that day. Notifications of weather cancellations will be emailed, posted on the website, our Facebook page, and announced on the schools' outgoing voice-mail message. We adhere to the majority of Surrey School District holiday school closures, but DO NOT follow their inclement weather policy.
Monthly tuition payments will not change in the event of any missed lesson.
Release of Liability
By signing below, the parties listed below agree not to hold Panorama School of Dance Inc, Lisa Brandt or her employees responsible for any personal injury or property loss.
Parent Responsibility
I understand that there are various forms of technology (Website, Email, Bulletin board, Office Secretary, Phone, Facebook) used at Panorama School of Dance to aid in increased communication. I am aware that Panorama Dance sends the majority of studio updates through email. If I choose to not give my email address; I will have to stop by the studio monthly to stay up-to-date on studio events and news.
I understand that if my student wishes to drop a class from which they are registered , I need to give 2 weeks written notice prior to the start of the coming month in order to stop my tuition payment for that month.
I understand that I am responsible for full payment of recital costume if my child withdraws from a class after the costume has been ordered.
Dress Code
I understand that there are dress code requirements for classes and I will adhere to these requirements within 2 weeks of joining a class.
New Rule: All accelerated dancers are expected to represent Panorama by wearing PSOD funwear at conventions and at competitions when accepting awards on stage.
Media Release
I hereby authorize Panorama School of Dance to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video of my child. I understand that this material may be used in various studio publications and the internet web page. If you do not want your child photographed for media advertising, please tell our office staff.
Payment Policies
1. Upon registration, a $35 non-refundable registration fee per student is due and payment will be processed within 48 hours of enrolment.
2. Monthly tuition will be processed through your pre-authorized payment method. All other fees posted to your account must be paid by the due date. If not received by the due date the office will process the payment through your pre-authorized payment method.
3. Once classes have begun, tuition is non-refundable for that particular month. If you wish to withdraw from class, 2 weeks written notice must be provided to discontinue remaining tuition payments.
4. To offset bank charges, Panorama Dance will charge $25.00 for each returned bank draft payment. Original fee and NSF charge will be reprocessed 14 days after the date of the initial payment.
5. Declined credit cards will be charged a $10 late fee if payment remains outstanding after 10 days.
6. No refunds will be issued if circumstances mandate that classes must be temporarily provided in an alternate form ie: Zoom
