Tuition Payments may be paid in Full or divided into 9 payments made monthly. Payment for the first month (September) is due upon registration by cash, check or credit card. Additional monthly Installments may be automatically deducted from a checking/debit account, charged to a credit card provided, or paid by check or cash on the 1st of each month starting October 1, 2019. Payments are final and there are no refunds for cancellation. Payment of March tuition, and any outstanding balance, is required to receive recital costume(s) and payment of May tuition, and any outstanding balances, is required to receive recital tickets and to participate in Recital.
If automatic payment of tuition is selected, it will be deducted on the first of the month. In addition, recital costumes will be charged in full on October 15th and recital fee will be charged in full on January 10th.
Payments received for full year tuition by August 30, 2019 can be reduced by 5% of annual class tuition. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks or for non sufficient funds. Broadway South Dance Studio reserves the right to dismiss any student whose tuition is not being paid.
Dancers with accounts past due will not be allowed to dance in class until account is brought current. Broadway South Dance Studio relies on our tuition fees to run our business efficiently, so that the students receive top quality dance education. We appreciate your timely payments, your business and cooperation.
Students may not withdraw from dance classes for the remainder of the dance season after March 1, 2020.
Registration Fees: Registration fee for new or returning students is $55 per student or $65 per family (immediate Family members only). Registration fee and first month tuition are non-refundable.
