CirKids: Fees for the year may be paid in full at the start of the program or in ten monthly installments due by the 1st of each month, October to June. September fees are due in full at the time of registration. CirKids runs for 36 weeks, not 10 months. The monthly installment plan is offered as a convenience to Members. Depending upon the year, some classes may run less than 36 weeks and the fees for those classes are reduced accordingly. CirKids fees include a CirKids t-shirt. Additional charges include the annual CircusWest membership fee, an annual Gymnastics BC insurance fee and a volunteer fee (refundable if the applicable volunteer hours are completed) for all programs excluding Cubs, Lions and Tigers. There is also a performance fee for Ensemble, Apprentice and Performance.
Adult & Teen, workshops, private lessons: Fees are due upon registration. Additional charges include the annual CircusWest membership fee and an annual Gymnastics BC insurance fee. Both are valid for the year from September through August. If you already have the insurance from a previous class within that time frame, please notify the office with your member number and club name.

Cancellations, Refunds and Withdrawals:
All classes require a minimum number of students to be enrolled for the class to run. Registrants will be informed before the start date if a particular class will not run and will be offered the option of a full refund or, if available, a place in another class.
In the event of severe weather or force majeur (situations beyond CircusWest's control), CircusWest will make all reasonable efforts to decide in a timely fashion if the school will close. If the school does close, CircusWest will alert that day's participants by email primarily and phone if possible. CircusWest will also post closure notices on its website, voice mail and social media. Classes missed due to weather or force majeur closures will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, Withdrawals & Transfers
CirKids: Two weeks written notice is required for all withdrawals, transfers or sick leave. Payment adjustments will come into effect once we have received your Withdrawal/Transfer form. Please find the form online at www.circuswest.com or inquire at the office.
Adult & Teen: Tuition fees are fully refundable 30 days or more prior to start date, 50% refundable 15 days prior to start date and non-refundable 10 days prior to the commencement of the class. From ten days prior, class fees will only be pro-rated due to injury or other medical emergency, with a doctor's note. Registration is valid only for the class(es) in which a student is enrolled and substitutions/transfers are not available. Classes are not scheduled on statutory holidays.
Camps: Fees are fully refundable 30 days or more prior to start date. Transfers are possible up to 30 days prior to the start of the original camp, but only if there is space in the camp requested.
Parent volunteers are an important part of CirKids. Active participation helps to minimize operation costs and contributes to the overall smooth running of the school. A volunteer fee is added to fees for all CirKids classes (Ringmasters to Performance), excluding Cubs, Lions and Tigers. This fee is refundable if the applicable volunteer hours are completed; deadline to apply is Aug. 15 of the same program year. Families with more than one child in the program are charged a reduced volunteer fee for each subsequent child.
