Jump! offers a 100% Happiness Guarantee for our Gymnastics Classes. We want your family to have a great experience here. If you sign up for gymnastics classes, attend classes regularly for 30 days, and are not completely satisfied with our delivery of the program, we will refund 100% of the *tuition you paid. Let us try to change teachers or classes first to see if we can work things out, if not, just fill out our short exit survey and let us know how we could have done better. It is very important to us to listen, hear and understand the needs of our community.

*Please note: This is a tuition back guarantee for our gymnastics classes only and does not include the non-refundable membership fee of $60 or apply to our Camps or Clubhouse Programs.

1. There is a $60 Registration Fee for all students new to Jump! due at the time of registration. There is a $50 Advancement Fee for students enrolling in a new level. Please note, if you are registering to be on a wait list, you will not be charged at the time of registration. You will only be charged the registration fee and tuition once a spot has opened up for that class.
2. Automatic Billing is on the 20th of the month, prior to the month of attendance. Enrollment is automatic from month to month.
3. Registration Fees, Advancement Fees and Tuition (full or pro-rated) are billed upon enrollment and due to hold your spot in the class.
4. Discounts and Pro-rations: There is a 10% sibling and multi-class discount. If you register in the middle of a month, tuition will be pro-rated.
5. Transfers to new class times are allowed at all times free of charge on a space available basis
6. Cancellations must be emailed to billing@jumpgymnastics.com by the 19th of the month prior to the billing date. If you miss this deadline, a credit can be placed on your account for classes that not yet occurred. If you would like a refund to your credit card, there is $20 charge.

1. There is a $60 Registration Fee for 1st time students of Jump!
2. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 for Single Day Camps, $100 for Week Long Camps and $200 for 2-Week Camps per child/per camp will be billed upon enrollment to reserve your child's spot in camp.
3. The remainder of tuition will be billed 2 weeks before the start date of the camp.
4. Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once remaining tuition is billed (2 weeks before camp start date), this is also non-refundable.
5. Discounts: SIBLING: There is a 10% sibling discount that will be applied when remaining tuition is billed (2 weeks prior to the camp date).

2. Party Payment : A $100 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your party date. The remaining balance will be billed on the day of your party. Tips for the party staff are greatly appreciated.
3. Party Cancellation Policy: Deposits can be transferred to another party date with a two-week's notice or a doctor's note (no refunds).

Sibling, additional classes, coupons and pro-ration discounts will not always show when you register, but will be adjusted before your payment is processed.

To redeem coupons (including Groupons, please note Groupons are only accepted at our south location), you MUST enter the coupon code or a description of the coupon in the comments section at the bottom of the registration form. Coupons cannot be applied if they are not entered in the comments section.

You will still need to enter your card information to register (sorry for the inconvenience).

If your card is declined and payment is not received by the 23rd of the month, there will be a $10 FEE.

Please make sure we have a valid email address on file. We will notify you by email to update your card information or submit payment. If payment is not received within 1 week of the notice or the start date of the class, your child will be dropped from class/camp.

If your check is returned unpaid by your financial institution, our bank will debit your account for the amount of the check PLUS A PROCESSING FEE OF $25.00.

I am aware that individual and group publicity photos and videos are taken from time to time and in consideration for my or my child(ren)'s participation I hereby grant my permission for my child's likeness to be used in Jump! publicity or advertising.

In the event of an accident or emergency I hereby authorize my child(ren) to be transported to a hospital for medical treatment and I hold Jump! and it's representatives harmless in the execution of such. Additionally, I hereby agree to individually provide for all medical expenses which may be incurred by myself or my child(ren) as a result of any injury sustained while participating at or for Jump!

I recognize that severe injuries, including permanent paralysis or death can occur in sports or activities involving height or motion, those activities including but not limited to: gymnastics, tumbling, parallel bars, trampoline, martial arts, dance, or ball sports. Being fully aware of these dangers, I hereby give consent for my child(ren) to participate in any and all Austin Gymnastics Academy, LLC., dba Jump Gymnastics programs and activities and I ACCEPT ALL RISKS associated with this participation. In consideration for my or my child(ren)'s participation I hereby, for myself and my child(ren) and our respective heirs and successors, PROMISE NOT TO SUE and FOREVER RELEASE Jump Gymnastics, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors and volunteers from all liability resulting in damages or injuries incurred as a result of participation including those resulting from acts of negligence.
