Payment Information
Class space is limited and registration is handled on a first-come basis. Students will be enrolled in their desired class unless otherwise noted. Tuition for session classes must be paid in full at the time of registration. Year-long classes are paid on a monthly basis and require a one-time non-refundable concert fee of $100. The first month's tuition and concert fee are due at the time of registration. Monthly tuition payments are automatically processed via your choice of ACH Electronic Check or Credit/Debit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Choice of ACH Electronic Check for ongoing tuition payments provides a discount based on the tuition scale. A non-refundable annual family registration fee of $15 per family per school year, will be added to your account upon registration (waived for Rose Theater members).
Adding/Dropping Class
Session Classes: Must be canceled two weeks in advanced to receive a full refund. Cancellations within the two-weeks time frame will receive a partial refund. No refunds will be given after the start date or for class transfers.
Year-Long Classes: Families are responsible for a full year of tuition, divided into nine monthly payments. Tuition dismissal is available to students who cancel prior to the due date of next month's tuition. Families are responsible for tuition until classes are canceled. COVID-19 Release of Liability
I understand that while The Rose Theater has taken precautions against the spread of COVID-19, I do hereby accept full responsibility for any and all injury or illness to the student whatsoever arising from program participation, and do further agree to protect and hold harmless any Rose Theater employees, or volunteers ("Released Parties") from any and all liability claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of, or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or the student related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third party participant in the program, or otherwise while participating in any activity in, on or around The Rose Theater or The Rose Studios for Youth Artists ("Rose Locations") and/or while using any Rose Location stools,equipment or materials.
COVID-19 Health Statement
I attest that I, nor the student have, within the last fourteen (14) days: (i) traveled outside the country or to a "hotspot"with the United States; (ii) have been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or shows symptoms of COVID-19; or (iii) shown symptoms of COVID-19
COVID-19 Exposure Statement
Further, I attest that should I, or the student,have any change in status, such as beginning to show symptoms of COVID-19, finding out after today that I or the student may have been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or after the above date begins showing symptoms of COVID-19, we will alert Rose Locations of the potential exposure, and will not return to Rose Locations for fourteen (14) days from the day of possible exposure.
Release of Liability
I agree to hold The Rose Theater which includes Omaha Theater Company, Broadway at The Rose, and Drama at The Rose, its officers, directors, and employees harmless in the event my child suffers injury or damage, including property damage, as a result of his/her participation in The Rose's classes and/or camps. Although every effort is made to provide a safe environment, I recognize there is always a risk of accident. By submitting a registration, I agree to be responsible for any medical bills incurred resulting from illness or injury during my student's participation at The Rose Theater. I authorize The Rose Theater to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment for my child.
Promotional Clause
I authorize Omaha Theater Company (OTC), which includes The Rose Theater, DRAMA at The Rose and BROADWAY at The Rose, and its staff to use my child's likeness in promotional materials. Please note that children are never identified when used. Furthermore, I authorize OTC and all of its employees, agents, and representatives to provide my dependent with dance and theater instruction.
Release of Premises
I agree to hold The Rose Theater which includes Omaha Theater Company, Broadway at The Rose, and Drama at The Rose, its officers, directors, and employees harmless for the well-being and safety of children who are around any of our facilities during unauthorized hours.
Transportation Clause
Some camps require students to walk to neighborhood locations. Such camps are noted in the brochure. If I register my child for a combine location camp, I give permission for my child to accompany his/her class on all walking field trips planned and supervised by The Rose Theater staff for the above camp/class with the understanding that the organization will arrange for a safe walk route and supervision to and from The Rose Theater. Furthermore, I agree to hold The Rose Theater which includes Omaha Theater Company, Broadway at The Rose, Drama at The Rose and affiliated parties harmless of any injury or damage, including property damage as a result of my child's walking transportation of locations.
Code of Conduct
In order to provide students with a safe and supportive environment, The Rose Theater does not tolerate any form of physical or verbal abuse, vandalism, or the use of any and all illegal substances. Any behavior found in violation of this policy will be addressed and the student may be asked to leave classes and no refund will be issued.
