To: Wayland Sports Group of Companies including : Wayland Sports (Chilliwack) Ltd., Wayland Sports (Maple Ridge) Ltd., Wayland Sports (Nanaimo) Ltd., Wayland Sports (Richmond) Ltd., Wayland Sports (Squamish) Ltd., Wayland Sports (Penticton) Ltd. (referred to in this document as the "Club") and Gymnastics BC, and the directors, officers, employees, representatives, officials, landlord and agents of both organizations (collectively referred to in this document as the "Agents").
I have read the guidelines and rules issued for the use of the "Club's" equipment, which I understand and I agree to be bound by them. In consideration of your acceptance of my being permitted to use the premises and equipment and or any activity associated therewith, I agree to RELEASE, SAVE HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY the "Club" and/or its "Agents" from and against all claims, actions, costs and expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property wherever and howsoever caused, arising out of, or in connection with my use of the premises and equipment notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by any act or failure to act, including, without limitation, negligence, of the "Club" and/or any one or more of its "Agents." I further agree and acknowledge that;
1. The rules and guidelines governing the use of the premises and equipment are solely for that purpose, that is, for the use of gymnastics activities and it remains my sole responsibility to act and govern myself in such a manner as to be responsible for my own safety;
2. I am aware of the risks inherent in participating in gymnastics activities and the use of gymnastics premises, facilities and equipment and I assume the risks and waive notice of all conditions, dangers or otherwise relating to or arising out of such use.
I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMIFY the "Club" and its "Agents" from any and all actions, claims, demands, losses, judgements or costs of any nature to any third party resulting from my use of the premises and equipment herein and I agree not to make any claims or take any proceedings against any other person, society, corporation or other legal entity who might claim contribution or indemnity from the "Club' and/or its "Agents" in respect of matters which are the subject of this release.
I agree that this Release shall bind my heirs, executors, administrations and assigns. I confirm that I am the full age of nineteen years and I have read the release and understand it.
Use of Likeness: I grant to Gymnastics BC and the "Club" with which I am registered the right to use, without payment of any fee or charge, any photograph, video tape or other visual media of my family for the purpose of furthering the "Agents" objectives including but not limited to use for media, inclusion in the "Agents" and/or the "Club's" publications and website(s) and advertising.
Collection of Personal Information: The collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information are all regulated by law in British Columbia. The "Club" collects and uses your personal information primarily to provide you with the programs, services, products and information you require as a member of the "Club, it will never share your personal information with its members or any other third parties.
-Tuition is due at time of registration.
-Class and fees will be confirmed via email.
-If you are registering after the start of the class term, fees will be prorated for the remaining classes.
-The annual Gymnastics BC registration & membership fee will be added to your total charge. The membership is rate: $47.00 for the 1st child, $43.00 for the second and $38.00 for the third and each additional child's fee. Casual Registration/Membership is $25.50 for up to 5 visits.
-Gymnastics BC registration & membership fee is non-refundable.
-Any applicable discounts will be calculated on your tuition fees (i.e. sibling discounts).
-You will receive a 15% discount off the 2nd child's (lower) class fee and each additional child's fee . Sibling discounts do NOT apply to Camps, Birthday Parties or team fees.
-GST has been added to your total fee charges.
-You will receive a confirmation & official receipt via email within a few days.

-Online payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa. Please note that Debit Visa cards do not work through our online system.
-There will be a $25.00 service charge for NSF cheques and/or decline on 2nd attempt to process credit card payments.
-Classes run pending registration.
-If cancellation is necessary, you will be notified by Wayland Sports to find a suitable replacement class or program fees will be fully refunded.
-Participants in all programs are expected to be emotionally and socially capable of conducting themselves appropriately with their peers and leaders and to actively participate in all the activities of the program.
-Participants who do not demonstrate these abilities, may be required to withdraw from the program.
-If a member cancels before the first day of classes 80% of the class fee will be refunded. 5 days notice required for camps, 3 days notice for Kids Nite Out
-If a member cancels after the first day of classes 80% of the pro-rated balance will be credited.
-No refunds only credits will be issued after the third class, except for medical reasons in which case a doctor's note must be provided.
-A $10.00 fee will be charged for transferring from one class to another.
