Facility & Pool Rules
Facilities: MGRSS utilizes a strong partnership with Gold's Gym to deliver our service. We ask that you please respect their facilities and follow their facility rules. Some of these rules include leaving the facility in a timely fashion if you are not a member, utilizing Kid's Club restrooms for your children and ensuring children refrain from playing with any fitness equipment. Any destructive or disruptive behavior will result in MGR's request for you to discontinue with the program and our no-refund policy will be in effect for any remaining lessons.
Facility Pool Use: MGRSS has specific times where we provide supervised swimming instruction. Swimming in Gold's Gym pools outside these times is prohibited UNLESS you are an active Gold's Gym member. Unauthorized swimmers will be asked to exit the pool or leave the facility. Repeated violations may result in dismissal from our program without a refund.
Safety: We value and require a safe teaching environment. Please help us ensure the safety of your family and all participants. You will be provided "Pool & Facility Rules" for your registered location. Violation of these rules will result in MGR taking necessary precautions to maintain its safe environment including student discipline to dismissal from class.
Waiver of Liability
I, parent/guardian of the enrolled participant/s, agree and understand that swimming is a hazardous activity. I recognize that there are risks inherent in the sport of swimming, including but not limited to, paralyzing injuries and death.
The participant hereby agrees to participate in the MGR Swim Sports program and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MGR Swim Sports, its coaches, officers, directors, agents and employees against any liability resulting from any injury that may occur to the participant while participating in the MGR Swim Sports program. The participant also agrees to indemnify MGR Swim Sports for any damages incurred arising from any claims, demand, action or cause of action by the participant.
The participant authorizes any representative of MGR Swim Sports to have the participant treated in any medical emergency during their participation in MGR Swim Sports programs. Further, the participant and/or parent/guardian agree to pay all costs associated with medical care and transportation for the participant.
I have notified MGR Swim Sports in writing of any medical/health problems of which the staff should be aware.
I have carefully read the above liability release and sign it with full knowledge of its contents and significance.
Deposits & Session Fees
Deposits: Because of limited class space, a $100 NON-Refundable deposit is due upon registration per spot registered to hold your class space for each session.
Payment: Full balance payment is due at 5 business days before the session start date. Failure to pay on time will result in the loss of your-registered spot and deposit.
Late Registration: Late registration is defined as enrollment after 5 days before the first day of a new session. Late registration invoices are due in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is approved by MGRSS management.
Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available for Winter, Spring, Fall sessions, OR for family balances over $250 in any session. Please ask our office staff for information on payment plan options.
Cancellations: Clients cancelling before the pre-session pay in full date may receive a refund of amounts paid with the exception of non-refundable deposits or they may apply money paid to a future session. Clients cancelling after the pre-session pay in full date are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a credit to a future session based on management approval.
Refunds: Client cancellations after Late Registration begins does not allow MGRSS ample time to fill spots taken by the student cancelling. Because of this, MGRSS does not offer refunds after the Late Registration period begins.
Credits: A class credit may be issued for one client-missed class per session. This credit can be applied to a future session and is not transferable to other swimmers or family members. Additional credits may be offered based on special circumstances approved by MGR management.
Payment
By acknowledging this online agreement, you authorize MGRSS to charge your credit card on file for balances due for deposits and published payment due dates for session fees. These payment due dates can be found on www.mgrswimsports.com, via email or via parent portal.
MGRSS does not accept payments on the pool deck by cash or check.
