Tuition balances will automatically be charged to the card on file 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp or intensive. Until then, partial or full payments may be submitted to the front desk (cash, check, & card) when open, or online at any time through your FSD Family Account.
**Accounts which have not been paid in full 7 days prior to the beginning of a camp or intensive will be assessed a $15 late fee.**
FALL/SPRING SESSION PAYMENTS:
Except for August, all tuition fees are posted on the 1st of each month and due on or before the 7th of each month. August tuition will be posted on the first day of FSD fall classes, August 13th, and will be due by Friday, August 17th. Families may enroll in automatic payments by selecting "ALL FEES" under "E-Payment Schedule" in the dropdown above or later in the family portal. Payments can be made via cash, check, or card at the front desk during class times. Finally, payments can also be made at anytime online through your FSD Family Account (login via the website). Tuition payments are due within the first week of classes of every month (on or before the 7th). Past Due Invoices are sent out if your account is more than one week overdue. **A $15.00 late fee will automatically be added to all accounts with a past due balance.**
If the Director must cancel a class due to low enrollment and we cannot place the student in another class, any credit balance will be refunded. Otherwise, there are no refunds for missed classes. You are responsible for tuition regardless of absences or injury. Missed classes may be made up in another class of the same level or one level below. Contact the Fellowship School of Dance office to schedule all make-up classes.
From time to time we hire photographers and videographers to take updated pictures and video for use in publications and promotional materials. We would never use a photo or video that would reflect negatively on its subjects. Below is our media release agreement:
I grant Fellowship School of Dance, its employees, agents and assignees, the right and permission to make, use, reuse and/or publish photographic pictures and video of my student, which may be used in connection with her/her own name or a fictitious name, for any purpose whatsoever including any promotional materials or website designed or authorized by Fellowship School of Dance. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph, video, or printed matter that may include such pictures or video. I may choose to opt out of this agreement at any time, and must inform Fellowship School of Dance in writing to do so.
SUMMER ONLY - If it becomes necessary to withdraw your student from a summer program, you must withdraw in writing at least two weeks in advance of the first day of the summer camp, intensive, or workshop in order to be excused from tuition obligations. All registration fees are non-refundable and tuition is non-refundable if notice of withdrawal is received less than two weeks in advance of the first day of the program. Withdrawal cannot be done by phone or through a third party. This can be done via either a formal e-mail or letter.
FALL/SPRING SESSION ONLY - Enrollment at Fellowship School of Dance is for the entire season. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances sometimes necessitate withdrawal during the season. If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from class, you must do so in writing (letter and email are both acceptable). Withdrawal cannot be done by phone or through a third party.
WITHDRAWAL IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE YEAR - Notification of withdrawal in writing is required by the last day of the month to release a family from tuition obligations for the next month.
WITHDRAWAL IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE YEAR - Notification of withdrawal in writing is required by the last day of the month to release a family from tuition obligations for the next month. Additionally, since class sizes become set early in the second semester, withdrawals received after December 31st will incur an administrative fee equal to 25% of the remaining tuition for the season. For example, a family who provides a written notice of withdrawal on January 1st would be responsible for 100% of January tuition and 25% of February, March, and April tuition.
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Fellowship School of Dance and Fellowship Bible Church, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Fellowship Bible Church, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
