Barre is a low-impact workout that focuses on the entire body to help tone muscle and improve posture. It's an innovative workout that combines slow movements with high-intensity intervals to work your entire body. It’s designed for people of all shapes and sizes, so it will challenge even the fittest athletes!
Barre classes combine low-impact exercises like stretching or upper arm circles with faster-paced physical activity to create a variety of aerobic conditioning sessions to improve cardiovascular health, and muscle tone .
Classes are Thursdays from 5pm to 5:40pm.
This 5 week workshop will begin 3/13 through 4/10.
Please bring a yoga mat. For an additional challenge please also bring 2 to 5 pound weights.

Waiver of Liability: I do hereby waive any and all claims, and indemnify, hold harmless and defend Buffalo Dance Center from all liability, loss, or expense including reasonable legal expenses which may occur from any cause whatsoever during or arising from participation in classes, including any injury or damage, loss, or theft to property, except in cases of willful negligence or gross misconduct by Buffalo Dance Center.
Certification of Physical Condition and Medical Consent: I hereby certify that I am reasonably suited to participate in dance classes and do not have any impairment that would adversely affect participation in classes. I understand that Buffalo Dance Center will attempt to contact my emergency contact should I require medical attention while at class. If emergency contact cannot be reached, I hereby authorize Buffalo Dance Center to arrange for treatment as necessary.
