Barre is a low-impact workout that focuses on the entire body to help tone muscle and improve posture. It's an innovative workout that combines slow movements with high-intensity intervals to work your entire body. It’s designed for people of all shapes and sizes, so it will challenge even the fittest athletes! Barre classes combine low-impact exercises like stretching or upper arm circles with faster-paced physical activity to create a variety of aerobic conditioning sessions to improve cardiovascular health, and muscle tone . Classes are Thursdays from 5pm to 5:40pm. This 5 week workshop will begin 3/13 through 4/10. Please bring a yoga mat. For an additional challenge please also bring 2 to 5 pound weights.
