Camp day - 9:00 - 3:00 Must bring a lunch - peanut free, water bottle optional - we have a water fountain. Must have sneakers with laces A combination of ninja, ninja games, regular games and art and crafts. ****A minimum of 8 campers are required to hold a Vacation Day Camp***** edical Forms must be sent to StamfordNinjaOffice@gmail.com in a one PDF file. It can be the attached medical form or any one the Dr. gives you (or a copy of the one from school). Medical forms must be less than 3 years old. Almost all scanner apps can accomplish adding the pages together into one document (I use the Adobe scan App on my phone). If there are any medications, they MUST be in a labeled in a zip-locked bag with the attached Admin of Meds signed by the Dr. included and the Plan of Care form in medication bag. Forms can be found on the camp tab (kids dropdown) of our website
