We are excited to have a fun night at TDC with food, planned activities & open play in the gym. Please let us know if there are any allergies or special needs we should be aware of for your child. We do request that all children be potty trained to attend the Parents Night Out Fundraiser Event. Drop off can occur anytime after 6:30pm but the fee is a flat rate no matter what time your child arrives. Please be back to TDC no later than 9:30pm to pick up your child.

COVID-19 Liability

TDC Athletics/Spring Creek Dance LLC will make every effort to keep their facility sanitized and their employees will adhere to social distancing recommendations based on the CDC Guidelines during your event. However, it is impossible to completely prevent the spread of COVID-19 among party attendees and staff members under the conditions that will be present during the activities your family and guests will be participating in. TDC Athletics/Spring Creek Dance LLC is only leasing space to you as a third-party and it is the responsibility of you, the third-party to implement, direct and enforce any CDC or State COVID-19 guidelines. You, the third-party, acknowledge and agree to hold harmless TDC Athletics/Spring Creek Dance LLC, its employees and owners should you, anyone in your family, or guests contract COVID-19.

Waiver
