Drink/Snack/Lunch Policy

By signing my student up for camp, I acknowledge that I must drop my student off with the following: a water bottle, a snack, and a lunch. I understand that it is my responsibility as a parent to provide my student with these items and promise to be sure they have them with them before they enter the gym.

Pickup/Drop Off Policy

I must pick my student’s up within a 10 minute time period of their camp day ending. No exceptions. I understand that if a student is habitually picked up late, Vegas gymnastics academy may be required by law to report the situation to law enforcement as this can be a sign of child neglect.

Bullying Policy

My Child(ren) and I understand and agree that, depending on the severity of the situation, suspension/expulsion from the gym can/may be Immediate for a Student AND/OR Parent if either are caught bullying/cyberbullying other students, other parents, coaches, or staff members. These decisions/determinations are done solely at the discretion of our gym's Directors/Owners.

Camp Payment/Refund Policy

I understand that there are No Refunds or transfers of credit from one child to another or from one camp to another unless it's been pre-approved by VGA's directors/owners personally. I know that VGA staffs according to the number of students enrolled into a camp. Therefore if my student enrolls in a camp and misses their camp day, there will be no refunds available. I understand that my student has the option of rescheduling/canceling their camp if the office is contacted before the camp takes place and my student is not counted absent.
