Showtime Elite Apex 2024-2025 Allstar Cheer Tryouts will take place the weekend of May 17-19. This is the general registration for tryouts. Detailed information on the exact day and time for your athlete's tryout will be emailed out to anyone registered by the end of April.
All discounts will be applied manually after registration is submitted.

I fully understand that Triangle Elite Allstars' Staff members are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With the above in mind, I hereby release the Triangle Elite Allstars' Staff to render temporary first aid to my child or children in the event of any injury or illness, and if deemed necessary by the Triangle Elite Allstars' Staff to call our doctor and to seek medical help, including transportation by a Triangle Elite Allstars Staff member and or its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, to any health care facility or hospital, or calling of an ambulance for said child should the Triangle Elite Allstars' Staff deem necessary. We, the staff of Triangle Elite Allstars recognize our obligation to make our students and their parents aware of the risks and hazards associated with the sport of cheerleading. Students may suffer injuries, possibly minor, serious or catastrophic (paralysis or even death) in nature. Cheerleading can be dangerous and can lead to injury. Parents should make their children aware of the possibility of injury and encourage their children to follow all the safety rules and the coaches' instructions.

Neither Triangle Elite Allstars, LLC, its coaches, and/or other staff members, will accept responsibility for injuries sustained by any student during the course of tumbling, cheerleading instruction, or open workouts, nor in the course of any exhibition, competition, or clinic in which he or she may participate or while traveling to or from the event. With the above in mind, and being fully aware for the risks and possibility of injury involved, I consent to have my child or children participate in the program offered and further agree to waive all rights and claims for damages that I or my child may have against Triangle Elite Allstars, LLC and or it representatives whether paid or volunteer.

Payment Policies
I understand and agree that tuition payments are due before the 1st of the month prior to the new month (example: June Tuition due May 31st). I understand that I am subject to a late fee charge of $15.00 if my payment from account is not paid for by the 15th of the month. Excessive tardiness in payments will be grounds for my dismissal. I understand that by signing this contract I am liable to pay each and every month until I fill out the appropriate form in canceling my contract. I also understand that should a have an outstanding balance I will be sent to a professional collections agency. I also understand and agree that as a parent signing the contract; I am solely responsible for the Tuition and Registration Fees. All fees are Non-refundable. I allow Triangle Elite Allstars, LLC to charge the account (bank draft), card and / or bank check card (with a major credit card symbol) that I have provided below in the case that I do not get my payments in on the designated due dates. Triangle Elite Allstars, LLC will charge my account if payment is not made before the 1st of each month. I also understand that there is a $15.00 late charge if my account is not paid for by the 15th of the month. In the event a check for payment is returned or interruption with credit/debit card processing for any reason, a $20.00 fee will be assessed. A $5 per month surcharge will be added to any account that does not have a credit card or draft available. Athletes with outstanding balances after 15 days will be asked to sit out of practices and/or classes. Outstanding balances after 30 days may be asked to leave the program.
Registration: Recreational classes are ongoing with no set start and end date. You can start the class as soon as you register and pay. Students can join at any time with the remainder of the month prorated and are automatically enrolled each month. There is a $45 non-refundable registration fee due per child upon enrolling. This covers the cost of registering and maintaining your child's records. The fee is prorated January through July. Monthly tuition is based on a 4 week month. There are 48 weeks in Triangle Elite's recreational year (August-July). No additional charge is assessed for months that offer five classes, it always evens out. In months where holidays, gym closings, snow days, etc... affect the schedule of classes, tuition is not reduced. You may terminate this agreement upon completing a Drop Request Form and submitting it to Triangle Elite's front office, provided the form is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the first of the month in which said termination is to be effective. Once the form is received, your final draft will be charged that day, if applicable, and your athlete's drop date will be entered into the system to ensure no further charges will be incurred.

I grant Triangle Elite Allstars' Staff my permission to use images of my child captured during all Triangle Elite Allstars events for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
