Dance Camp for Ages 3, 4, and 5: Princess Ballerina
Did you know that you are a REAL princess? Each day we will remind dancers that they are precious daughters of the King as we dance to music from their favorite princess classics! Each day will be a fun surprise as a new princess and theme is revealed! This classic camp is always one of our favorites! This is a drop off/pick up structure, but our preschool family waiting area can be utilized if you are navigating separation anxiety with your tiny princess. Families will also be invited to stay for an extra 30 minutes beyond pick-up time on Thursday for an end of the week celebration!
Dancers must be 3 and potty trained by the first day of camp.

Release to Participate

I have chosen to have my child participate in dance instruction or other instruction given by Rhythms of Grace, LLC. I acknowledge that I understand the nature of the activities my child will be participating in and the possibility that despite precautions, accidents and/or physical injury may occur. I/we agree to release and hold harmless Rhythms of Grace, LLC, including its teachers and staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Rhythms of Grace, LLC, liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage or loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes or which may occur at any Rhythms of Grace sponsored event outside the studio.

Photo Release

I authorize and agree that Rhythms of Grace, LLC may take and use photographs, videos or likenesses of myself or my child as needed for its record-keeping, advertising, social media, and/or public relations projects and that I have no rights to the same and will not be compensated for the same. Coming and Going

Dancers Entering the Building: For the safety of our students, the only student entrance for dance classes is the front door. Drop off should occur no more than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your dancer's class. Parents are not allowed in the dance classroom with the students. Exiting the Building: Dancers should never exit the building without a guardian. Unless your dancer is 16 years old and has car keys in her hand, we will not allow her to exit through the front or back door into the parking lot. Please communicate this with your dancer. If you dancers choose to break this rule for any reason Rhythms of Grace is not liable for anything that occurs outside of the studio.

Payments Processed July 1

There is no payment due at time of registration if registration takes place prior to July 1. All payments for summer classes and camps will be processed on July 1, 2023. Payments will be processed within 1 business day for registrations that occur on or after July 1. All money paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if your dancer does not attend for any reason. *Class schedule change/cancellation may occur if the minimum participant requirement is not met or is not sustained. In this event, you will be contacted and a refund will be issued.

Illness

"If your child is contagious with an illness (such as flu, Covid, ringworm, skin infection, lice, etc.) OR has had a fever within 24 hours of her class, please stay home to help prevent the spread of any such illness to others.
ROG cannot guarantee that all families are adhering to this policy.
COVID-19 and other illnesses are extremely contagious and are believed to spread mainly from person to person contact. ROG has put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and any other illness; however the studio cannot guarantee that you or your child will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other virus or illness. Further, attending ROG could increase your risk and your child's risk of contracting an illness. By reading and accepting, you are agreeing to a legally-binding UNCONDITIONAL AND FULL TO GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE."

No Refunds or Make-Up Classes

Using Card on File for Purchases

"If you'd like to use the card or account on file for studio purchases, you will be able to do so if
1. Your name is the one listed on the card/bank account on file
2. You are listed as a ""contact"" on the student's dance account.
If there is anyone listed as a parent/guardian contact on your dance account that you do NOT wish to have authorization to charge the card on file, please remove them from your contacts list in your dance account.
