DESCRIPTIONS OF SERVICES

Spring Forward program must be completed in a seven (7) day time period. All lesson dates/times will be chosen at the time of enrollment. All lessons are 30 minutes long. Group classes are held to a standard 3:1 ratio, with a maximum of 6:2. Seahorse classes (parent and child) have a 6:1 ratio, with a maximum of 12:2. Parents/guardians should refrain from interrupting or interfering while lessons are in progress. Class days and times are subject to change. Students may not enter the pool before or after their lesson. Parents/guardians or siblings may not enter the pool during lessons, except during Seahorse class when one parent/guardian must accompany the child to participate in the lesson.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All persons on premises are required to conduct themselves appropriately. FSSS does not tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing or harassing behavior towards staff members in person, email or phone call. Such behavior will result in student(s) being removed from the program and all fees paid will be forfeited. Students running, throwing, yelling, biting, hitting, and other unsafe or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Parents/Guardians are required to monitor their children and support this policy the entire time they are on premises. Students who exhibit unsafe or disruptive behavior will be asked to sit out for a portion of class time. If such behavior continues, the student will be asked to move to a private lesson or removed from the program and all fees paid will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to this policy. Parents are not permitted to leave the building during the child’s lesson and FSSS staff members are not responsible for your child after the lesson ends. Any equipment used in the locker rooms, such as showers, lockers, hair dryers, etc should be used under adult supervision only.

PROGRAM FEE

Program fee must be paid in full prior to the first class. No other taxes or fees will be added. Sibling discounts cannot be applied. Tuition Referral Program does not apply to the Spring Forward program. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

NO REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: classes missed due to vacations, religious holidays, school events, other activities, illness/injury of student or a family member of students, bad weather, parties, sporting events, health reasons, pandemic, etc.

NO MAKEUP LESSONS

No make ups can be used during the Spring Forward program for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: classes missed due to vacations, religious holidays, school events, other activities, illness/injury of student or a family member of students, bad weather, parties, sporting events, health reasons, pandemic, etc. Excused make ups will ONLY be issued for a Five Star closure, i.e. weather, pool/building maintenance, predetermined holiday, etc. Excused make ups must be made within the following week.

INSTRUCTORS

We do not guarantee any requests made for instructors. We try our best to keep the instructor consistent, but due to sickness, vacations, emergencies, scheduling issues and other reasons, we cannot guarantee that the instructor will remain the same for every lesson. We reserve the right to make instructor changes at any time.
