2024 SUMMER FUN AT THE BALLET!

AGES 3-5

9AM - 12PM. Sarasota Ballet School: Golemme Studios 1400 Blvd of the Arts, 1st Floor, Sarasota

June 3-7 Theme: Barbie and Ken

June 17-21 Theme: Under the Sea

July 1-5 (no class July 4th) Theme: Nutcracker in July

EACH WEEK HAS ITS OWN REGISTRATION FORM. After completing this registration form, please login to your newly created account to register for additional weeks:

TUITION: $175 per week, plus $25 non-refundable registration fee. Tuition will be processed on May 13th, 2024. Confirmation and final details will be sent a week prior to the camp.

What to bring/wear: Water bottle and a snack daily. Dress code #1 - Any solid color leotard, tights and ballet shoes. Dress code #2 - White t-shirt and black shorts. White socks and black ballet shoes.

Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration for receiving permission to participate in dance classes, rehearsals, dance instruction, exercises and on-line classes associated with dance and or the use of any facilities under the care, custody and control of Sarasota Ballet of Florida, Inc. and any of their affiliated or associated entities, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Sarasota Ballet of Florida, Inc., the Board of Trustees of Sarasota Ballet of Florida, Inc., their officers, agents, servants or employees (hereinafter referred to as releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, while in, on or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted.
I am fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with the activities of dance classes, rehearsals, dance instruction, exercises and equipment associated with dance, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.
To the best of knowledge, I am in good physical condition and am not aware of any physical infirmity which would place me at risk in participating in any of the abovementioned activities.
I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees that they may incur due to my participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise.
It is my express intent that this Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the above-named releasees. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
In signing this agreement, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
