One of our favorite dance camps is back this Summer. Come dance the week away to your favorite princess. Ballet, jazz, creative dance and tumbling skills will be taught. Each day we will do Princess craft. Last day we will have a party and mini recital to show off what the children has learned that week.

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Freckled Frog Learning Center its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whats so ever, arising out of or relating to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control of Freckled Frog Learning Center, its owners and operators or in route to or from any said premises. I/we accept that, correct teaching may involve the use of touch by the Freckled Frog faculty members as a necessary tool to correct placement, lines and positions and by signing below I/we authorize and agree to these teaching practices.

Medical Emergency

$50.00 Non-refundable deposit

A $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit to hold your spot will be charged to your credit card when you complete the registration. The $50.00 will go towards the final balance of $195.00 which will be billed and charge 3 weeks before camp starts.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Drop off will be at 10:00am(early drop off at 9:00am will be offered for $10.00 a day. Pick up is promptly at 2:00pm. $1 per minute late fee for every minute late after 2:05pm.
