Please wear a leotard and dance shorts. Please bring a water bottle and healthy snack. This is a drop off dance camp.

I understand that Buffalo Dance Center will attempt to contact my emergency contact should I require medical attention while at class. If emergency contact cannot be reached, I hereby authorize Buffalo Dance Center to arrange for treatment as necessary.
