Welcome to Hawaii! This Beach Party will be filled with an introduction to dance, crafts, games and choreography. Dancers come in your favorite Beach outfit or comfortable clothes you can dance in. Dancers will star in an end of the camp performance that the parents can watch. Parents come into class the last 5 minutes of class for performance.

Tuition must be paid in full upon registering by a bank account debit or credit card payment. Our camps are non-refundable.

Any overdue fees and any non-sufficient funds payments will be charged a $35 fee.

We reserve the right to terminate classes to any student without notice. In such cases, a refund for unused classes will be given. ?

Photo/Video Release: The studio is hereby granted permission to take photos/videos of the students to use in brochures, studio web site, posters, advertisements or other promotional material. Permission is also hereby granted for the studio to copyright such photos or videos in our name.

No gum, food or drinks are allowed in the studio room. Students may store their belongings in the cubbies inside the studio at their own risk. APA & NSDS and its staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home. We reserve the right to dismiss or refuse classes to anyone who does not comply with these policies, creates an unsafe environment, or who otherwise in our judgment disrupts the harmony or reputation of APA & NSDS. *Students that are not potty-trained, parents are required to remain in the building during class.

Safety: The safety of all of our students at APA & NSDS is very important to us. Please make sure a parent or guardian is present at the end of every class to pick up your student. Your child is unsupervised and we cannot be responsible for them after their class has ended. Transition periods between classes can be very hectic and we want to make sure every student is safe and taken care of.

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Studio 21 Pom & Dance Academy Inc. (DBA Next Step Dance Studio), its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and /or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Studio 21, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises. The undersigned gives permission to Studio 21, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health. If you request that your doctor/physician be called and that your child be transported to your hospital please provide the front desk with all contact information.
