Events 2024

EVENTS: Special events (including, but not limited to, Itty Bitty Buddy Blast, Open Gym, and Parents' Nights Out) require advance registration and are open to all children in the age range specified for each individual event.
Current annual membership is not required to attend special events.
Admission fees in full are due and payable immediately at time of registration.
No discounts, credits, or make-up visits are offered or accepted for events.
All event registrations are final; no cancellations, transfers, or refunds are accepted.
Late pick-ups: a late fee of $20 per child will be due and payable immediately for any late pick-ups, beginning 15 minutes after the published end of camp. An additional $20 per child will be charged for each/any additional 15-minute increments.
Due to safety concerns, special requirements/protocol must be followed during all events. All participants and observers age 36 months and older, and all staff, may be required to wear face masks at all times within the facility. **As of 3/28/2022, the mask requirement has been suspended until further notice, but this policy is subject to change in accordance with state and local mandate.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at time of event registration and is non-refundable. Should I need to cancel this event registration for any reason, I agree to notify EncoreGym no fewer than 48 hours prior to the event start time in order to receive credit for future use. Any cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the event start time will receive no credit. No credit is granted for no-shows.

Registration and Membership 2022

Upon registration for any open in-house camp or class taught on-site at our primary gym facility, your child's enrollment will begin immediately at the beginning of the session.
If you have registered for a wait-list ONLY, your card will not be charged until enrollment.
All students must have a current valid annual membership in order to enroll in and/or attend on-site classes or lessons.
Membership is conferred upon payment of the annual registration fees.
Annual registration fees are $30 for one student, or $50 for families with 2 or more siblings currently enrolled on a single household account. Registration fees are charged, due, and payable at time of initial sign-up, and are good for one year.
Membership is non-transferable and registration fees are not refundable.
Membership will automatically renew and annual registration fees will be charged at the end of each year of continued enrollment.

Payment Policies 2022

For all weekly classes, registration/membership fees and tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable. All enrollments in weekly classes are final.
Each session's tuition will be charged at current rates which are subject to change.
CHECKS: Personal checks will not be accepted as payment.
NSF: You will be responsible to pay a processing fee of a minimum of $25 for any payment that is returned unpaid by your bank for any reason, or for any payment that is refunded for any reason.
AUTOPAY POLICY: For your convenience, we use an automatic payment system, which will charge your family's tuition and associated fees to your credit or debit card immediately upon enrollment. Each subsequent session's tuition and/or any other outstanding fees will then be charged to your autopay card beginning on the 20th of the month, in advance of the start of each subsequent session. Entering your credit card payment information in this form means that you agree to this, and that both enrollment and payments will continue until/unless you notify us in advance of your intention to withdraw from all classes.
Advance written withdrawal ("Drop") notice is required and must be received by the 15th of the month, to allow for time to cancel your billing prior to the next billing cycle.

Assumption of Risk 2022

Private Parties 2022-23

PARTIES: All private parties require a minimum non-refundable/non-transferable payment of $459. This payment is due in full at time of booking and covers the base rate for parties of up to 15 guests. Any final balance (for larger parties) will be due and payable at the time of your party. You may pay your balance due with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.
All party reservations are final once booked.

Weekly Classes 2022

WEEKLY CLASSES are classes taught year-round, in-person at our main gym. Current annual membership/registration is required for enrollment in weekly classes.
Initial enrollment is for session dates as indicated in the class description. Thereafter enrollment will automatically continue into each subsequent session on a recurring subscription basis until such a time as you provide advance notice of intention to withdraw. (See WITHDRAWAL FROM WEEKLY CLASSES, below.)
Weekly classes at EncoreGym meet year-round.
Any student may enroll in multiple classes, on a space-available basis, but each class requires separate registration and tuition.
Payment in full is due and payable immediately at time of registration.
Your account must be current and all other outstanding charges must also be paid in full in order to register for classes.
All class enrollments are final. No refunds, cancellations, transfers, or discounts. No enrollment change requests can be accepted once the session begins.
No credits or make-up visits are offered, granted, or accepted for missed weekly classes. However, for currently-enrolled students, one absence per weekly class session may be used to register for a Courtesy Night, subject to availability. Please phone or visit our front desk to register for Courtesy Night if eligible.

Summer and Holiday Camps 2022

SUMMER AND HOLIDAY CAMPS are special pods taught in-person at our main gym. Current annual membership/registration is not required for enrollment in Camps. Camp enrollment is for multi-day session dates as indicated in the class title and description. Each Camp session requires separate registration. Special cancellation policy, applies to Summer Camps ONLY: any cancellation request must be received, accepted, and processed a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the reserved Summer Camp week. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to each cancelled Summer Camp reservation.
