Wednesday, Dec. 27th 2-3:15 - Intro to Cheer - will be covering the basics of cheer. We will be working on motions, jump basics, stunting basics, some tumbling skills, and hopefully learn a dance, composing a little routine! 3:30-4:45 - Intro to Backhandsprings - will be covering the needs to have a successful backhandspring. If you have never done a backhandspring or just tried a few times. This class is for you. We will break down the backhandspring by doing drills and stations during this time. 5-6:15 - Tumble time with Gib (Backhandspring Required) - this is just a great time to have Gib "watch my tumbling." I would like the athlete to have a backhand or fairly close just to keep my tumbling range as equal as I can for coaching purposes. Thursday, Dec. 28th 10-11:15 - Jumps and Flex - working on cheer jumps, working stretching needed to keep flexibility, plus covering flyer's stretches. 11:30-12:45 - Handspring - front & back handspring stations/drillls/tips
