We are so excited to host this fun 2-day mini-camp to start the magical holiday season! Join us December 18 -19 from 9:00am – noon. Experience the Holiday Tradition with a 2-day Nutcracker Camp for ages 4-8. In this magical land, anything can happen. We will dance, make holiday crafts, play games and more! Campers are bound to have a magical experience at this holiday camp!

Withdrawals and Refunds

We hire instructors and prepare camps based on our enrollment.
A 14-day notice from the first day of each session is required to receive a partial refund for any camp. No withdrawals will be accepted after 14 days prior to a session start date. A withdrawal form must be filled out and dropped off or mailed to studio address. Encore Studio reserves the right to terminate enrollment for any camper without notice due to behavioral issues, low attendance, or any.

Liability and Waiver

LIABILITY WAIVER: As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Encore Dance Studio, Inc. dba Encore Studio and Theatre 13, LLC, their owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Encore Dance Studio Inc. dba Encore Studio or Theatre 13, LLC, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
We also require a signed 'Wavier of Liability' form listing the names of all students participating in camp. Students will not be allowed to participate in camp until the signed waiver form is returned to Encore Studio.
PHOTO RELEASE: Encore Studio and Theatre 13 are hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for Encore Studio and Theatre 13 to copyright such photographs in its name.
