Thank you for signing up for Swim with Santa at Stony Creek Swim Center!
The swimmer ticket is for someone who will be participating in open swim after taking pictures with Santa. Anyone 3 years and older must have a paid ticket. Any child 3 years and under must have a paid adult with them in the pool. Children who are not potty trained, or who are under 3 years old, must wear a reusable swim diaper.
When you arrive, please enter through the south entrance (the door closest to the back of the parking lot). An SCSC staff member will check you in. We ask that families do pictures with Santa first and then proceed to open swim. We ask that you exit through the north entrance (the door facing Stony Creek Way). We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, December 3rd!

I, the participant and/or the parent/guardian of the participant, agree and understand that swimming is a hazardous activity. I recognize that there are risks inherent in the sport of swimming, including but not limited to, paralyzing injuries and death.
The participant hereby agrees to participate in swim lessons and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stony Creek Swim Center (an ESN Swim School) its coaches, officers, directors, agents and employees against any liability resulting from any injury that may occur to the participant while participating in swim lessons. The participant also agrees to indemnify Stony Creek Swim Center and ESN Swim School for any damages incurred arising from any claims, demand, action or cause of action by the participant.
The participant authorizes any representative of Stony Creek Swim and Fitness Center to have the participant treated in any medical emergency during their participation in swim lessons. Further, the participant and/or parent/guardian agree to pay all costs associated with medical care and transportation for the participant.

Age Requirements

I understand that all children under the age of 3 years old must be accompanied in the water by an adult over the age of 16 years old. Any child 3 years and up must pass a swim test or wear proper flotation in order to swim without an adult. Parents are responsible for providing flotation devices.
