*We are at 340 4th Avenue, Brooklyn NY, the entrance is the black door with logo on 3rd St. Please do not attempt to enter the glass door.
*Driving? Do not park in Blinds To Go, Red Wing, Staples, Pep Boys lots. Please use street parking or a garage.
*One spectator per ninja (not counting coach). We request $5 cash for each additional spectator.
*Check in 15 minutes before wave start time unless otherwise instructed.
*Sign current WNL waiver and make sure coach certification is up to date.
*All coaches on floor must wear sneakers.
*No refunds after run order is posted.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and understand the potential risk of injury, of contracting viruses, and other dangers inherent in obstacle training and other athletic or social activities sponsored by Brooklyn Ninja Academy and PKNYC Inc., and I acknowledge the assumption of those risks for myself and all others listed on my account.
I allow Brooklyn Ninja Academy and PKNYC, Inc. to use photographs and video of me and all others listed on my account, including children, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to on the internet, websites, social media, advertising or other media. No names will ever be posted or tagged.

Release of Liability

For and in consideration of athlete's registration with Brooklyn Ninja Academy and PKNYC Inc., I as an athlete or as an athlete's parent and/or legal guardian or representative of other family members on my account, hereby release and forever discharge covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brooklyn Ninja Academy, or PKNYC Inc., its owners and employees and contractors, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereinafter have for injuries, virus contraction or transmission, or damages arising from participation in activities at Brooklyn Ninja Academy or events which it may sponsor or be affiliated with or activities incidental thereto. This release includes but is not limited to injuries, damages or losses or illness caused by the passive or active negligence of the released parties or hidden, latent or obvious defects with the equipment sold or used.

Payment & General Policies

Payment is due in full upon registration. Credit card payments will be processed within 24 hours, during which time it will be reviewed and all applicable discounts will be applied. For cash or check payments, registration must be done in person. I have read and agree to all other general policies and procedures outlined on ninjabrooklyn.com, including those for refunds and payment policies, vaccine and mask requirements and other COVID safety procedures. Participants must be 6 years old. Sneakers are mandatory. No pets allowed.
