Belly Dancing is a great way to tone the whole body and improve posture, flexibility and coordination. It's a wonderful for stress relief and can be a creative outlet, an empowering and artistic expression of femininity. Want to feel sexy? Want to get more connected with yourself and more in tune with your body? Want a dance that you feel proud of no matter your shape or size? Want to feel empowered and amazed with at what you and your body are capable of? Belly Dance! Join us for this fun 2 hour workshop presented by Jen and Shar at Live It Up Studio. Ages 18 and up. Spots are limited. ATTIRE: Please wear comfortable workout/yoga clothes and bare feet or dance shoes. Form-fitting clothing is helpful but you don't have to show your belly. Hip scarves are optional.
