The Hoosier Activity Fest has sponsorship opportunities open to local businesses who have products and/or services that support family activities. Booth space can be purchased for $60 if registered and paid in full prior to July 1. If registering after June 30 the booth space is $75. By signing this application, I agree not to hold the Hamilton County Sports Complex responsible for any damage or theft which might occur to any of my personal property, my booth, and/or sales items during my participation in this fair. I accept responsibility for all individuals working in my booth space. I also understand that any fees for my participation in this event are non-refundable. Anyone selling inappropriate items in bad taste will be asked to pull that product or leave the fair immediately. This fair is incorporated around family activities. I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for losses and damages I may have against the Hamilton County Sports Complex and all other parties and their representatives, successors, and assignee's for any and all injuries and all claims of damages demands and actions whatsoever which may arise as a result of participation at this fair. I hereby grant full permission to any and all forgoing to use photographers, videotapes or motion pictures of this fair for any purpose related to the fair, future fairs, beneficiary or sponsor.

No Refunds

No Refunds: If you cancel your reserved booth space, you will NOT receive a refund. If the event is canceled due to a rain-out, you will NOT receive a refund. However, every attempt will be made to move all booths inside the complex.

Refer a Friend

The objective to this referral program is to provide a new avenue, in addition to our current traditional efforts, to increase the number of quality booths at our Hoosier Activity Fest through accepting referrals from our current customers. The referral award will be made to the referrer once the new booth has been accepted by the Flip Stars Academy, completed an application, and paid in full. There are no limits to the number of referrals . Qualifying customers who refer a new booth will receive a $25 credit on their account for each new booth in the current year. Please send your referrals to me, Ashlee Scarlet at flip.stars.acad1818@gmail.com and I will initiate the process. This program will be revisited each year to determine to amend, change, or cancel the program.
