Duo Trapeze Basics Workshop with Courtney and Sophia About: Bring a partner or attend on your own to learn basic mounts, grips and skills necessary for building skills in duo trapeze. Pre Requisites: Must be able to climb, pull up and invert. The workshop fee of $50 per person is due upon registration and is non-refundable.
