In consideration for my child/children attending Capital Adventure Night event held by Capital Gymnastics LLC, I give permission for my child/children to participate in any activities planned for the evening. I release any and all liability against Capital Gymnastics LLC and its representatives, for any injuries, damages or loss of property which may occur to my child/children while participating in any events and activities of the Capital Adventure Night event. I authorize and grant permission for a representative of the Capital Gymnastics LLC to treat minor injuries including scrapes, small cuts, minor injuries on muscles or joints. I authorize and grant permission for a representative of the Capital Gymnastics LLC to obtain emergency medical care from any licensed physician or hospital and/or medical clinic should my child/children become ill or injured while participating in any activities at the Capital Adventure Night event when neither parent nor guardian is available to grant authorization for emergency treatment. I grant permission and understand that photos of my child/children taken during this event could be used in print advertisement and other form of media.

Girls can wear fitted, moveable clothing or a leotard with shorts or leggings. Boys wear athletic shorts or athletic pants and t-shirts. No baggy clothes, jewelry, Fitbits or watches are permitted. No half tops and no exposed midriffs are allowed. Hair should be tied back away from participant’s face. No shoes or socks.

Please be sure to arrive between 5:45 pm and 6:15 pm as our front doors will be locked before and after this time. If you need access during the event, call the gym and a coach will open the door for you.

Capital Adventure Night ends at 9:00 p.m. There will be a $10.00 fee if you pick your child up past 9:10 p.m. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged $1.00 per minute. If you are going to be late, please call us and let us know.

Capital Adventure Night fees are due at the time of registration.

We cannot give refunds, makeups, or credit in exchange for missing Capital Adventure Night.
