Fees

Tuition is $375 broken up into payments $125 (This may be made in payments of $125- June, July & August)
We will have the show professionally filmed. The cost is $30 per student and is required. Every student will receive a digital download of the performance.

Costumes

All students will be responsible for their own costumes. Costume direction will be given approximately 45 days prior to the show. Please do not purchase anything without approval from the director.

Required Build Volunteer Hours

Every Family is required to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours towards set/prop build. We will schedule these days in advance. Please make sure that you sign in on your set build day so that your hours are recorded. You can pay a $75 fee if you are unable to volunteer your 4 hours.

Every family is required to volunteer during at least one show to work areas like concessions, box office, dressing areas etc. If you are not able to volunteer this time, you can pay $75 opt out fee.

Ticket Requirement

Tickets to the performances will be $20. Each student will be required to sell or purchase a minimum of 10 tickets.

Rehearsal Calendar

Students will need to turn in any schedule conflicts they have on rehearsal days. A tentative schedule of rehearsals will be sent out. Students who miss any rehearsals will need to work with other students or on their own via rehearsal videos to catch up what they miss.

Tentative Rehearsal Schedule

This is our tentative rehearsal schedule. Not every student will be called to every rehearsal. Additional Rehearsals will be scheduled if needed as we get closer to the show opening.
Wednesdays 6:30-9:00pm
Saturdays- 12-3pm

Digital Download of Shows

Tech Rehearsals/Performances

We will have tech rehearsals Sunday, August 6th- Thursday, August 9th at the Courtyard Theater in Plano from approximately 5-10pm. All students are required to attend all tech rehearsals. No exceptions.
Performances will be August 11th-13th
