Join Taryn Reyes, a Filipina-American dancer born, raised, and based in California for a Dance Masterclass! She has trained in multiple styles such as Polynesian Cultural dances, hip hop foundations, ballet, modern, jazz, and more. Her credits include former captain of Syndikidz, placing at World of Dance Bay Area, being a theme park performer at Legoland and Disneyland, and currently a member of an NBA Dance Team. Registration for Dance Masterclass with Taryn Reyes, scheduled on January 28, 2023, has a one-time fee of $25. All fees must be paid in full upon registration to hold your spot. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund. Enrollment into Dance Masterclass with Taryn Reyes does not enroll your dancer as a student at En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC.

Class Attire

The student accepts to follow, respect, and accept all the rules, conditions, procedures, and other organizational matters established by En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. Student accepts that teachers may give corrections by physical contact. Student may bring water in a water bottle.

Injury and Sickness

Liability Waiver

I hereby release En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. staff members to render temporary first aid to my child in the event of any injury or illness, or seek medical help, including transportation by an En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. staff member, or its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, to any health care facility or hospital, or the calling of an ambulance for said child should it be deemed necessary. I recognize that potentially severe injuries can occur in sports or activities involving motion. Being fully aware of these dangers, I voluntarily consent to the aforementioned person participating in En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. and I accept all risks associated with participation. In consideration for allowing my child to use these facilities, I, on my own behalf and the behalf of my child and our respective heirs, administrators, executors, and successors, hereby covenant not to sue and forever release En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. its officers, representatives, employees or agents from all liability for any and all damages or injuries suffered by my child while under the instruction, supervision, or control of En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. I have read and understand this Medical Authorization, Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability and I voluntarily affix my name in agreement. By agreeing, I give permission for En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. to photograph my child for marketing purposes. I understand that En Pointe Dance Studio, LLC. will not identify names with images, unless permitted.

Force Majeure

Should events beyond the reasonable control of the Parties to this Agreement, including but not limited to (1) acts of God, (2) war, including armed conflict, (3) strikes or labour disputes, (4) an epidemic or pandemic, (5) government regulation or advisory (including travel advisory warnings), (6) civil disturbance, (7) terrorism or threats of terrorism as substantiated by governmental warnings or advisory notices, (8) curtailment of transportation services or facilities which would materially affect attendees from attending the Event, (9) disaster, fire, earthquakes, hurricanes, (10) unseasonable extreme inclement weather, (11) shortages or disruption of the electrical power supply causing blackouts or rolling blackouts or other essential utilities or (12) any other cause reasonably beyond the Parties' control (collectively referred to as "occurrences"), making the event commercially impracticable, impracticable to perform, illegal, or impossible to fully perform under this Agreement as the Parties originally contracted. These events should affect the region where the Dance Masterclass with Taryn Reyes takes place. In such case, the affected Party may terminate this Agreement, without liability and without having to refund the fee, upon written notification. When stated in any provision of this Agreement, "without liability" means that there will be no liquidated damages, attrition fees, cancellation fees, reimbursement of costs, service charges, or any direct, consequential, compensatory, special incidental damages or any other damages or amounts of any nature whatsoever.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of California. The Parties agree that any dispute related to the present agreement should be addressed amicably. In case of failure to resolve the issue amicably, the parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of San Joaquin County.
