I understand that my dancer will be required to attend rehearsal/performances on the days as follows:

REHEARSAL DAYS: (Ballet North Texas)
   October - 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29
   November - 11/5, 11/12, 11/19
   December - 12/3, 12/10
 
THEATER REHEARSALS DAYS: (Moody Performance Hall)
   12/13, 12/14, 12/15
 
PERFORMANCE DAYS: (Moody Performance Hall)
   12/16, 12/17, 12/18

I understand that all rehearsals are mandatory and that if my dancer must miss a rehearsal, I will send an email to info@balletnorthtexas.org letting them know the reason for the missed rehearsal.

I understand that more than one missed rehearsal could forfeit my dancers opportunity to perform in the production.

I understand there is a $25.00 non-refundable audition fee. This fee is due upon registration for the Audition.

I understand there is an $85.00 non-refundable participation/costume rental fee and that this fee is due on or before the parent meeting. (This payment must be made in cash, check, or Venmo @balletnorthtexas)

I understand that if my dancer is cast, he/she may be required to take the technique class leading into rehearsals.
These technique classes are provided to get your dancer warmed up; mentally and physically ready for rehearsals so that he/she can perform at his/her best.

I also understand that these classes are an additional cost to the performance fee.
