Do you love to help out in the kitchen? Spend the week at TADA making all sorts of yummy dishes. We will learn about kitchen safety, measuring, and play our favorite game, TADA's top chef. We will also have fun making cooking related crafts! We will have a special mid-week animal encounter! Campers will need to bring a lunch and 2 snacks everyday as well as a water bottle. Please be sure to label all items with your childs' name. On Friday, we will provide ice cream and fun toppings for each camper to make a Sundae!!! Each camper will also receive a camp t-shirt. I have enrolled my child in a summer camp at Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, owned by Sarah Brown. I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the participation in activities associated with the summer camp. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, its officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated.

If i cannot be reached, I give Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy permission to seek medical attention for my child including but not limited to transportation to a medical facility.
