Do you enjoy all things beauty...Manicures, makeovers, and fancy hairdos? Do you love tea parties, dance parties, baking and crafting? If you answered YES, then this camp is for YOU! We will also spend the week practicing our talents like dancing, tumbling, and singing for an end of the week Talent Show! Campers will need to bring a lunch and 2 snacks everyday as well as a water bottle. Please be sure to label all items with your childs' name. On Friday, we will provide ice cream and fun toppings for each camper to make a Sundae!!! Each camper will also receive a camp t-shirt. I have enrolled my child in a summer camp at Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, owned by Sarah Brown. I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the participation in activities associated with the summer camp. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, its officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated.

In the event of a medical emergency, Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy will make every attempt to contact me on behalf of my child. If i cannot be reached, I give Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy permission to seek medical attention for my child including but not limited to transportation to a medical facility.

Payment Policy
