Campers will spend the week immersed in a magical world of mermaids and unicorns! We will create fun crafts and have a tea party. Manicures, makeovers, and fancy hairdos will also be part of our fun week! We will also enjoy a mid-week animal encounter and put on a magical show for parents on Friday!
Campers will need to bring a lunch and 1 snack everyday as well as a water bottle. Please be sure to label all items with your childs' name. On Friday, we will provide ice cream and fun toppings for each camper to make a Sundae!!! Each camper will also receive a camp t-shirt.
TADA is licensed through the Department of Children and Families, LIC# C02LE0065. For all children under the age of 5, we are required to have a copy of each child's immunization record and updated physical form on file in order to attend camp. These documents MUST be received prior to the first day of camp.

I have enrolled my child in a summer camp at Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, owned by Sarah Brown. I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the participation in activities associated with the summer camp. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, its officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy will make every attempt to contact me on behalf of my child. If i cannot be reached, I give Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy permission to seek medical attention for my child including but not limited to transportation to a medical facility.

Payment Policy

I agree to pay the $50 non-refundable deposit to hold my child's spot upon registering for camp, which will be applied to the total balance of the camp fees. I understand that the remaining balance of the camp fees will be charged to my credit card one week prior to the first day of camp.

Medical Records

In registering my child for summer camp at Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, I agree to provide a current and updated copy of my child's immunization record and physical form prior to the first day of camp. I also understand that if I do not provide a copy of both documents prior to the first day of camp, my child will not be able to be left at camp until these documents are provided. I also understand that I will not get refund for any day that my child does not attend as a result of not providing these documents in advanced.
