Registration
School-age parent and child clinic to build strength and flexibility. The clinic is designed to teach your child stretching exercises that may be done at home to increase their flexibility for their bridges (shoulder work) and the splits, side and middle. Secondly, we will practice strength exercises for the core, chest, back, shoulders and arms that are specific to the skills needed by the gymnasts. Third, we will have a fun time sharing something that your daughter or son enjoys and increase your own strength and flexibility.
