Is your athlete just so close to making her back handspring? Still working hard to finally get that pullover on the bars? This is an entire hour dedicated solely to working on those fundamental skills that sometimes just need a little bit extra time to achieve. In a fun and encouraging group environment, athletes will work on various drills, practice building the necessary muscle memory, get spotted for accurate shaping, and build the confidence to ultimately do it independently.
