I must submit all contract items on or before my child's first practice in July 2023. After this date, child will NOT be permitted to practice until we receive the completed contract.

My child has been chosen for a select training program at Rebounders Gymnastics, Inc. This training program requires a yearly commitment: July 1 through June 30th of each year. Team status will be re-evaluated each year for team placement.

I am obligated to pay the monthly tuition fee chosen above, due by the 5th of each month for the entire year, regardless of vacation, missed practices and the competition season ending before the end of June.

I hereby permit Rebounders Gymnastics, Inc. to charge the above named gymnast’s monthly tuition fee to my Visa, MC, or Discover Card. I understand that the fee will be charged to my credit card account on or after the fifth of every month. I understand that I am responsible for updating this information when necessary and that an additional $20.00 late fee will be assessed if payment is not made in full by the 10th of the month. I also understand that my child may not be allowed to practice after the 10th of the month that my tuition is not paid in full.

Membership in the team program must also involve participation in the Rebounders Girls Parent Org. (RPO).and/or RBPO. This participation requires each gymnast’s family to volunteer their time during any Rebounders hosted meets.

I understand that there is a monthly assessment fee in addition to the monthly tuition fee payment. Assessment fees will be charged to the account on file and are due in 7 equal payments.
Rebounders will charge your account to the credit card on file on the 15th of July, August, September, November, December, January & February (No assessment in October as Team uniform fees due. If assessments are paid in full in July, then a 10% discount will be applied to your total yearly assessment fee.
Please note: If team assessment fee payments are not up to date at the time of competition, your gymnast may not compete in that upcoming meet.
**No refunds for missed meets or team termination.

Change in team level and/or weekly practice hours due to injury, I will be responsible to complete a "Team Status Change Request Form" located on our website under the "Current Team Member" link.

Contract termination during the competitive season (before June 30th), I will complete the "Team Status Change Request Form", located on our website under the "Current Team Member' link on our website.
There will not be any refunds for tuition already paid.

It is up to the discretion of the coaches to determine if a team member should be removed from the team
if he/she or parents of the athlete are violating any of the statements stated in this contract or the Rebounders Team Handbook.

Both parents/guardian and the gymnasts must read the Rebounders Team Handbook before signing this form. I have read thoroughly and understand completely the Rebounders Team Handbook. I have gone over the Handbook with my (our) child and all of us support the philosophy of the Rebounders Team. We hereby agree to follow all of the rules and policies presented in the Rebounders Team Handbook. We understand that if at any time we cannot be a positive force in the gym and in the gymnastics life of our child, we will relinquish our place on the Rebounders Competitive Team.

I understand that we may not approach a judge, meet official, meet director or coach of the host team before, during, or after any meet/competition to question, comment on, complain about, or discuss a score or the judging of an athlete/ meet. I understand that Rebounders may remove my child from the Rebounders Team if disrespecting this Competition Rule.

I understand that I must complete and provide all 4 Team Medical Forms no later than my child's last summer practice. I must renew this each year and by the due date. No exceptions. I understand that my child will not be permitted to practice until the forms are turned in. (Forms are available on our website www.rebounders.com under the Team Member link.

I understand that there is no reduced tuition for vacations or time out of the gym, unless the time away is two consecutive weeks or more. In that case, the tuition will be reduced by half during those month/months.
