Girls recreational gymnasts looking to learn new skills and improve upon the ones they already have. Our coaches will work with each gymnast to set goals and create a plan for the week. We will spend a few hours in our gymnastics facility on utilizing time between gymnastics on all 4 competitive events, open gym, arts and crafts, games and contests each day. Trampolines, pits, and resi training will also be utilized to create a safe, FUN, and productive learning environment.

Notification of Risk

I recognize that participation in activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, ninja movements, and the ninja rig can result in severe injuries, permanent paralysis, brain damage, or even death. Sports participation can be dangerous. Being fully aware of these dangers, I hereby give consent for my child(ren) to participate in any and all More Than Gymnastics and affiliated entities (SET-10 and Ninja Zone) programs and activities. I further acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that participation may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to , MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness an death does exist. I knowingly and freely ACCEPT ALL RISKS associated with such participation and exposure.
On behalf of myself and my child(ren), I accept all such risks and promise not to sue, and forever release More Than Gymnastics and Ninja Zone each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, invitees, licensees, and agents ("you") from all liability for damages or injuries incurred as a result of participation by my child(ren) or myself. This includes those injuries resulting from acts of negligence by you. I also waive all rights any third party may otherwise have to pursue claims against you on my behalf (including the right of subrogation). If, despite this agreement, I or any third party on my behalf makes a claim against you, I will defend, hold harmless and reimburse you for such claim and liabilities as a result of such a claim.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

MTG Camps is a prepay only event. The event fee is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Two (2) weeks prior to the first day of camp - a 50% deposit will be charged to the card on file. The remaining balance is due the first day of camp. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of event is non refundable.
