Summer Intensive: July 5-August 5.
Monarch's 5-week dance intensive will run Monday through Thursday from 9:00-12:00 pm. The intensive will include Ballet, Modern, and Contemporary training for ages 10 & up with at least 2 years of Ballet experience.
Use the weekly Summer Intensive Links to register for specific weeks or attend all 5 weeks.
The 5-week rate is $1,000. The weekly rate is $225.
$25 is due at registration and the balance will auto-draft on July 1. Contact us to make other payment arrangements.

I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Monarch School of Dance, LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or in route to or from any of said premises.

Registration & Tuition Fees

Advanced registration is required for summer intensive. Intensives are held Monday-Thursday in the Collingswood location. A minimum of 3 consecutive weeks is recommended. No prorating for daily rates.

Photo & Release Agreement

I give permission for Monarch School of Dance to take photos of me or my child while participating in Monarch School of Dance activities, classes, rehearsals and performances for promotional purposes. Names of students will not be used or disclosed. I understand that I am giving permission to use these photos and/or videos for publishing use, in printed or electronic format.

Complete Your Registration

$25 is due at the time of registration. This fee reserves a spot in the intensive and is applied to the balance for the intensive week(s). The remaining balance will auto-draft on July 1. A welcome email with additional information will be sent a few days before the start of classes. COVID Protocols

All Monarch staff and dancers should stay home if feeling sick, even if symptoms may not be COVID-19 related.
All teachers, staff, and dancers will be temperature checked before entering the studio. Any person with a temperature 100.4 or greater will be asked to return home.
All teachers, staff, and in-studio dancers will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening form.
All teachers, staff, and dancers must wear face covering/mask while in the studio.
Dancers should arrive 5 minutes before class and wait in the designated Drop off zone.
Dancers should arrive to class DRESSED in dance attire except for dance shoes.
Dancers should bring to each in-studio class:
Personal hand sanitizer
Personal towel
Dance shoes
Bottled water
All items should fit in ONE small bag
All personal items will be placed in an assigned location within the dance studio
Please note the following areas of the studio are closed:
Waiting room is closed
Dressing room is closed
Cubbies are closed
If a dancer should become ill during class, the teacher and or Monarch Director will assess their symptoms and contact the parents/guardians.
If dancer will be late or absent, TEXT the studio at 856-485-0943.
