Calling all mini ballerinas!!! Spend the week doing everything ballet. We'll also have fun doing makeovers, painting fingernails, getting fancy hairdos and making fun ballet related crafts. On Friday we'll put on a virtual ballet show for families. Mid-week Animal Encounter! Bring a lunch and 2 snacks Monday-Thursday. Pizza lunch provided on Friday. Hours 8:15-2:00 M-F Cost: $150 (includes tee-shirt) $50 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot. Deposit will be applied to camp payment. In the event you need to switch weeks, your deposit will be applied to the new camp if there's space available. camp location: 1260 Timberlane Road

I have enrolled my child in a summer camp at Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, owned by Sarah Brown. I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the participation in activities associated with the summer camp. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy, its officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated.

In the event of a medical emergency, Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy will make every attempt to contact me on behalf of my child. If i cannot be reached, I give Timberlane Arts and Dance Academy permission to seek medical attention for my child including but not limited to transportation to a medical facility.

Payment Policy
