	Please complete this form to register for the 2024 (Senior) Summer Intensive Audition @ The Sarasota Ballet on Saturday, January 13 and February 17 @2:00pm - 5:00pm. Additional details including location, etc. will be shared week of the audition. PLEASE NOTE: This audition is for dancer ages 12 years and older that have completed at least one year of pointe (center work included).
