Our three month Triple Threat Industry Bootcamp Meets Saturdays in January, February, and March of 2021 from 10am to 1pm and includes L.A.'s top training in vocal performance, acting, and hip hop dancing. This bootcamp includes all the training in our fall bootcamp and will prepare you for our Triple Threat Industry showcase in April where you will perform in front of Industry professionals including agents, managers, producers, and Casting Directors. There is an additional showcase fee of $150 for vocal performance and $!50 for acting performance. Each showcase fee includes 2 tickets for guests. You will be charged $320 a month on the the 10th of each month. Ages 7-21 years old.

Monthly Tuition:
A valid credit card is required and will be charged on the 10th of every month. If using a pre-paid credit card, you must be sure the card is loaded by the 10th of the month.
If a payment is declined, your account will automatically be charged a $25 penalty. Failure to pay tuition by the 10th may result in removal from class and/or performances.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that Student's use of The Rage Entertainment Complex studio facilities, services, equipment or premises, involves risks of injury to persons and property, including those described below, and Student assumes full responsibility for such risks. In consideration of being allowed to enter the studio and/or to participate in any related Studio events, for any purpose, whether or not at the Studio, including, but not limited to, instruction observation, use of facilities, services or equipment, or participation in any way,
Student agrees to the following: Student hereby releases and holds Studio, its directors, owners, employees, independent contractors and agents ("Studio Parties") harmless from all liability to Student and Student's personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any loss and/or damage, and waives any claim or demands therefore, on account of injury to Student's person or property, including injury leading to the death of Student, whether caused by the active or passive negligence or otherwise of Studio parties or anyone else, while Student is in, upon or about Studio premises or participating in any way in any Studio event whether or not at the Studio. Student also hereby agrees to indemnify Studio Parties from any loss, liability, damage or cost Studio Parties may incur due to the presence of Student in, upon, or about Studio premises or observation or participation in any Studio activity whether caused by the negligence or otherwise of Studio Parties or anyone else.
Students of Hollywood Launch/The Rage Entertainment Complex automatically grant permission to The Rage Entertainment, Inc. to use their image in photos and videos for advertising and publicity purposes, inclusive of print advertising, educational videos, television, video taping, new media, social media or film broadcast in connection with promotional campaigns. For all other studio policies , please refer to the Parent Handbook.

COVID Release Pertaining to Premises Classes

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a world-wide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include, but are not limited to: Fever or Chills, Cough, Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or Body Aches, Headache, Loss of Taste or Smell (not normally present), Sore Throat, Congestion or Runny Nose, Nausea or Vomiting, Diarrhea. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
The Rage Entertainment Complex, Inc. (aka The Rage) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, The Rage cannot guarantee that you or your children will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending The Rage could increase your risk and your child(ren)'s risk of contracting COVID-19.
By signing the agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren)'s risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending The Rage and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at The Rage may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to, studio employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death)., illness, damage, loss, claims, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)'s attendance at The Rage or participation in studio programming. On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless The Rage Entertainment Complex, Inc. its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from "Claims", including all liabilities, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto, I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of The Rage Entertainment Complex, Inc. its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after participation in any Studio program.
Students who wish to attend in-studio classes will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and will be required to comply with the Rage Health & Safety Protocol:
Flu-Like Symptoms: Any student (or their immediate family member) experiencing flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please not attend in-studio classes until you have been medically cleared. We will work with students on make-up classes for anyone who can't participate due to illness.
Face Coverings: Face coverings are required for all individuals while on premises
Temperature Checks: Rage Teachers & Staff will receive temperature checks every day. Students will have their temperatures checked before entering the building.
Limiting Student Capacity: The Rage is enforcing the 6-foot social distancing in all classrooms; therefore, we will not be allowing drop-ins, or make-ups in our studio classes. (Zoom classes will continue to be available and can accommodate make-up lessons.) This will help to give students the optimal amount of space to continue practicing social distancing.
Class Schedules: We will also be scheduling classes without breaks and limiting the total number of hours students will be "in-studio" to reduce the need for meal breaks. Students should eat prior to coming to the studio and only bring water and a small energy snack if necessary.

The Rage App is our primary method of communicating important information and is invaluable for your to see your student's class information, your personal information including credit card information.
The Rage App is required to access Zoom Class Links and the password is 6100 for all Zoom classes- parents may watch classes on Zoom until the time comes that they are allowed back in the studio.
