Enter Into the Unknown with our Frozen 2 dance camp! Children will do different crafts and learn all different styles of dance! Camp will include Jazz, Acrobatic Arts, Lyrical and Hip Hop. We will also play daily games. On the last day we will have a mini recital for family and a Frozen party for the children. The total cost of the Frozen 2 Dance camp is $125.00. $50 deposit to be paid at the time of registration. The rest of the fee will be billed up 3 weeks before the camp.

There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of registration to hold the spot in the class. The remainder of the tuition will be due 3 weeks before the camp.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Freckled Frog Learning Center its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whats so ever, arising out of or relating to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control of Freckled Frog Learning Center, its owners and operators or in route to or from any said premises. I/we accept that, correct teaching may involve the use of touch by the Freckled Frog faculty members as a necessary tool to correct placement, lines and positions and by signing below I/we authorize and agree to these teaching practices.

Medical Emergency

The undersigned gives permission to Freckled Frog, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participation in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian.
