Come visit our new preschool classroom, meet the teacher, and try the equipment in our gymnastics area designed for 2-4yr olds. We will have a craft area, obstacle courses set up, and a scavenger hunt. Come play and learn about our preschool program as well as our gymnastics classes. Registration is open for 2-4 yr olds and gym time requires parent supervision.

Clothing

Shoes must be removed for parents and children before entering the carpeted area. Please remove jackets with zippers and buttons before using the equipment.

Supervision

I agree to stay with my child in the designated open areas and provide supervision throughout their play. The gymnastics equipment is for 2-4 yr olds, but there may be times when they need assistance to safely complete a task. We ask that older siblings and parents refrain from doing the obstacle courses.

I hereby authorize FlightSchool Gymnastics Center, Inc. to use any photographs, video and/or audio recordings that may contain images, video and/or voice recordings of myself and/or my children for any legal purpose, including but not limited to, inclusion of any such images, video and/or voice recordings in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I further understand that no personal information shall be associated with any such images, including but not limited to, full name, age, address, school affiliation or any other identifying information.
I also understand that my child and/or myself may be included in the background of a photograph, video and/or audio recording taken by anyone attending or in proximity to FlightSchool Gymnastics Center, Inc. activities, including but not limited to, athlete practices, student classes, competitions, camps, clinics, extracurricular activities, and social events.

Parking

I understand that FlightSchool Gymnastics Center's parking lot is a one way parking lot and I will follow all parking lot arrows and signs. In addition, I agree to park in marked parking spaces only.

Release of Liability

As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless FlightSchool Gymnastics Center, Inc, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of FlightSchool Gymnastics Center Inc, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
