The New Years Eve "Rock In at the Lock In" is our BEST lock in yet! We will have gymnnastic & tumbling open gym, Midnight countdown & balloon drop, step & repeat photo area, organized games & activities, movies on our JUMBO screen, plus snacks & refreshments. There are 2 options for those attending: 1) the Overnight Lock In with children dropped off at 7PM and picked up at 8:30AM on Sunday morning or 2) the Partial Lock In with children being dropped off at 7PM and being picked up at 12:30AM. The Overnight Lock In is $50 for the 1st child and $45 for each additional sibling. The Partial Lock In is $40 for the 1st Child and $35 for each additional sibling. As space is LIMITED, we will be charging your credit card on file or the credit card you provide below as soon as we process your registration. If you do not have a credit card on file or provide a credit card below, your space will not be reserved until you call EVOLVEkids at (815) 416-9580 to make a payment

Lock In Rules

Only children 6 years old thru 16 years of age may participate in the New Years Eve Lock In. Parents must sign their child in and must enter the building to sign their child out. For children participating in the Overnight Lock In, the Lock In ends promptly at 8:30AM and it is required that you are present to sign your child/Children out at 8:30AM. For children participating in the Partial Lock In, it is required that you are present to sign your child/Children out at 12:30AM. All parents, regardless of which lock in, are expected to be available at the contact number that you provide in the unlikely event of an emergency. The Overnight New Years Eve Lock In is $50 for the 1st child, and $45 for each additional sibling. The Partial New Years Eve Lock In is $40 for the 1st child, and $35 for each additional sibling. Due to high demand and limited space, we will be charging your credit card on file for the total amount of the lock in as soon as we process your registration. Waiver And Release of Liability

I hereby certify that my child (children) has permission to participate in the recreational activities of gymnastics, tumbling, and other New Years Eve Lock In related activities at EVOLVEkids. I understand there is risk of severe injury while participating in these activities and I hereby release and hold harmless EVOLVEkids Inc., and any EVOLVEkids Inc. staff member, employee, volunteer, and/or agent for any injury my child may sustain as a result of his/her participation in gymnastics, tumbling, and other New Years Eve Lock In related activities at EVOLVEkids. I hereby agree that I am responsible for any and/or all hospitalization, medical emergency, or other medical treatment costs as a result of such injury by providing him/her with proper medical coverage, or I personally assume responsibility for such costs. In case of emergency, I hereby grant EVOLVEkids Inc., or any staff member, employee, or agent of EVOLVEkids Inc., the right to request medical attention for my child including calling medical professionals. I understand that EVOLVEkids Inc. and its staff will not assume guardianship of a child that is dropped off at the facility without a guardian and therefore it is my responsibility to care for and/or contact the child's guardian in the event that the child becomes ill or injured. I understand that EVOLVEkids Inc. reserves the right to cancel the New Years Eve Lock In at any time, for any reason.
