Work on your back and front handspring at Gymco's 90 minute handspring clinic. This clinic will be packed full of drills and progressions and focus on positive feedback in a supportive environment to help each student get closer to achieving their back or front handspring, or both! Skills required to participate: a bridge kickover (If enrolled at Gymco, will be a Level B or higher AND need a bridge kickover). Admission is $15 for Gymco members, and $20 for nonmembers. For ages 6+, open to Gymco students and the public. Registration is required, space is limited. Instruction will be personalized for your skill level.

This clinic is for kids age 6 to 18 who have mastered a cartwheel and a handstand (solid handstand for 5 seconds) or gymnastics students level B or higher

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in (no jeans, jewelry, zippers or snaps. When picking your shirt, be aware that you will occasionally be upside down. You will be in bare feet in the gym Long hair should be pulled back.

when you arrive

When you arrive for the clinic, please check-in at the front desk. Put your shoes and coat in a cubby, have a seat in the lobby and your instructor will greet you in the lobby and take you into the gym. A waiver is required. Save time at check-in, complete your online at www.gymco.com - Gymco students & members, waivers are valid for 1 year, please confirm that your waiver on file is up to date

Pre-registration is required, space is limited. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead of scheduled event time are eligible for a full refund or credit to your account. Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund or credit to your account. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund or credit will be issued
