Homeschool - PEC will be joining us at GLT! for 2 hrs of fun.
Time will consist of 1 hr of instruction on our Olympic apparatus; Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor w/our USA Safety Certified instructors, 1 hr of open organized play.
Athletes will also get to do Rope, Obstacle course, Foam Pit and more!
Participants should come dressed for success! Athletic clothing, with no buttons or zippers. Long hair pulled back and no jewelry.

Session 2: November 12, 2019 - December 17, 2019: $62.50 (Tuesday's 1-3pm) - no class on 11/26 Thanksgiving week
Session 3: January 7, 2020 - February 25th, 2020: $100 (Tuesday's 1-3pm)
Session 4: March 3rd - April 28th NO CLASS 3/24 :$100 (Tuesday's 1-3pm)

To the best of my knowledge, my child(ren) is now in good health and is physically capable of participating in the program(s) offered by Gym Like This!. I will not bring my child(ren) for his/her lesson if suffering from any respiratory, infectious or contagious illness or disease. I understand that if such an illness is apparent, my child(ren) will be removed from class for that day. I recognize that potentially severe injuries, including but not limited to permanent paralysis or death can occur in sports or activities involving height or motion, including but not limited to gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, cheerleading, dance, ball sports, and martial arts. Being fully aware of these dangers, I voluntarily consent for my child/children to participate in all Gym Like This! / ProCheer Xtreme (GLT/PCX) programs and accept all risks associated with that participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration for allowing my child to use these facilities, I, on my own behalf and the behalf of my child and our respective heirs, administrators, executors and successors, hereby forever release and covenant not to sue DJR Holdings, dba Gym Like This! (GLT), dba, ProCheer Xtreme (PCX), its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, volunteers, and all others associated with the corporation(s) from all liability for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my child or myself while under all instruction, supervision, or control of GLT/PCX. I hereby agree to individually provide for all present and possible future medical expenses which may be incurred by my child as a result of any injury sustained while participating at or for GLT/PCX.

Enrollment Agreement

I understand and agree that in the interest of safety and enjoyment for all, GLT/PCX reserves the right to remove any participant(s) or non-participant(s) from any and all programs should his/her behavior become disruptive, inappropriate or cause a threat to the safety of others or one's self. If a participant is suspended or expelled from Gym Like This!, fees are not refunded. I also understand that GLT/ PCX retains the rights to use any photographs, videotapes, motion picture recordings, or any other record of events for publicity, advertising, or any legitimate purposes. GLT/PCX reserves the right to cancel classes that do not have sufficient enrollment and transfer students. Additionally, I understand and agree that payment for this event is non-refundable / non-transferable.
