Everyone who attends this workshop will progress their handstand skills. Beginning with the foundation of learning how to find our bodies optimal alignment standing on our feet and moving towards basic partner drills learning how we can work together to better understand finding alignment while on our hands upside down. 60 minutes of handstand practice followed by 60 minutes beginner partner acrobatic drills for handstands.
