We would love to have you join us for Princess Dance Camp this summer. Unfortunately the week of camp that you are interested in has reached it's full enrollment. Register here to be placed on our waitlist and in the event a spot becomes available you will be given first opportunity to complete registration at that time. No money is collected for those students on the waitlist, until a spot becomes available and you complete registration. We will contact you to confirm that you would like to claim the open spot before registering your dancer for Princess Dance Camp for the June 10 -14th week.

NO CHARGE for WAITLIST
Payment due in full at registration should a spot open in the camp.
Cancellations made prior to 1 month before the camp start date are eligible for reimbursement in the original form of payment, minus the $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made within 1 month of the camp start date are eligible for reimbursement of 50% of camp tuition in the original form of payment.

Media Release

From time to time, we take pictures and videos of our students during lessons, classes and recitals. Our promise to you is that we won't display them publicly without your consent.
We'd like your permission to use and publish for editorial, trade, advertising, social media or other promotional purpose all photographic, video and digital images of my child, including any child's name in conjunction with studio and academy name.
I give you permission to use my child's picture for promotional purposes on behalf of the Academy.
If you do not want ROOTS Academy to use your child's picture for promotional purposes, please email dance@rootsacademy.net and we will make sure to not include your child in any photography for promotional purposes.

Release of Liability

On this day, intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless ROOTS Academy and any of its employees or agents represent or related to the Academy as regards to travel or off campus activities. This release is for any and all liability for person injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by ROOTS Academy.
